BL Global (“we”, “us”) operates https://www.blglobal.asia. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect

• You send us: name, email, and message on Contact or Submit tool; account details if you create a Learn login.
• Automatically: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and cookie/local storage IDs needed for the site to work.
• Partners: if you click a sponsored link, impact.com and the brand may set their own cookies and process the click. Their policies apply on their sites.

We do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

• Run the catalog, Learn accounts, and forms
• Secure the site and prevent abuse
• Measure which pages and offers people use
• Respond to you
• Comply with law and partner-network rules

Legal bases (where GDPR/PDPA-style rules apply): contract (your account or request), legitimate interests (running a catalog and security), and consent (non-essential cookies or marketing, if we ever add them).

Cookies

Essential cookies keep a Learn session signed in and protect forms. We also set a first-party session cookie (blg_utm) so outbound Impact links can include traffic subIds. Analytics cookies, if present, help us see aggregate traffic. Affiliate / click cookies may be set by impact.com or the brand after you click a deal button.

You can block cookies in the browser. The site and login may break. Blocking third-party cookies does not stop a click from opening the partner site.

Sharing

We share data with:

• Hosting and infrastructure (the site is served via Vercel)
• Email or form delivery, if we use a provider to receive messages
• impact.com and brands, as click/conversion data when you use a tracking link — not your Learn password
• Authorities when required by law

Retention

Account data lasts while the account is open, then a short period for backups and dispute logs. Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request. Server logs are kept for a limited security window.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@blglobal.asia. We may need to verify it is you.

Children

The site is for adults and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

International transfers

We operate from Vietnam. Hosts and partners may process data in other countries (including the United States). We use them only to run the service.

Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
